Points of Interest: Student Dormitories, Communications room, offices of the Reassignment Council, Operations Planning Center.

The masonry of the spire is supported by a highly-tensile substance known as magnate, which aid in the support of the thin frame of the tower. The top floor of the spire houses a Communication Chamber, similar to the Jedi Council's Chamber and it has often been used as such, especially during the recent conflict with the Sith Empire, thanks to the tower's superior communications array and security. Atop the spire is a series of reception/transmission antennas which, along with a constant connection to the HoloNet, tap into the cosmic energy fields of the galaxy itself in order to stay in contact with Jedi on far-flung planets. The central topmast of this unique array of antennas is a powerful multi-frequency eradicator/scrambler that when coupled with the eradicators incorporated into the tower’s frame scrambles all communications in and out of the Temple. Communication bundles in the wall cavities feed data from these masts, through the columns within the Communication Chamber, to the Operations Planning Center. Receiver vanes within the walls of the spire converted signals from hyperspace locations into real-space coordinates before displaying them on the map.

The Operations Planning Center is currently not in active use at the moment, save for a few droid operators who keep track of emergency messages from members of the Jedi Order. During times of war, the place is buzzing with activity.

The main purpose of the Reassignment Council Tower is to handle the bureaucracy and organization of the Order itself, which is no small task. Every youngling ever taken in by the order to be trained is registered and documented here, as is every transition from youngling to padawan, and padawan to jedi, and so on. If a youngling pass their trials, but has not been picked by a master, the Reassignment Council take on the duty of pairing a padawan with a suitable master. Likewise, for those who do not continue the path to become a jedi, they also step in to help those students to find their own way.

Dormitories for all younglings and padawans are located on the center-floors. Rooming is two-person per room, and they tend to change the pairing from year to year (though usually within the same age-group or within the same level of training). Each room is equipped with a standard bunk-bed, a data-terminal, a refresher, and one closet for each resident for storing personal belongings and clothes.
