[Day 6 - Late Morning, Bazaar] My First Datapad!

[Esla Tor]

Esla nodded quietly on that sad note, looking down as she went silent.

"Oh, sorry...I didn't mean to be a downer," she said eventually to break the silence, smiling faintly at Silas. "You're pretty nice, and I guess a lot of people here have been nice too. It just seems kind of sad to part ways after a short amount of time together."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Ah..." HE shook his head. "It's not really you being a downer, like you said it is a bit sad. But, I think it's an idea we all need to get used to? I mean some of us have know each other for quite a long time after all. We knew we would part someday, but I guess it feels like it was farther in the future." He sighed slightly and shook hsi head.

"Either way, we should likely be on our way soon right?" He smiled. "The masters will probably be expecting us soon."

[Esla Tor]

Esla shrugged haplessly as she reached over to her datapad, punching through the console aimlessly without any direction. "I guess...I feel I've done a share of parting already. I guess I should be used to it by now. It's just that people here have been especially nice and giving, which probably what makes it a bit harder."

She looked up at from her datapad. "Oh, right! I think we're going somewhere too?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"I can understand that." He said with a smil, though it had been years since he parted from his parents, he still remembered the feeling. That the people here were also nice like shhe, did make it harder though. "I suppose it's something most of us will have to get used to." He agreed with s small smile.

"But yeah, they wouldn't tell us where, but I'm thinking the jedi temple?" He shrugged. "But I could be wrong."

[Esla Tor]

"Right," she nodded in acceptance. It was something they all had to deal with one way or another, it was all part of growing up. Also, nothing lasted forever.

She took another sip from her tea to finish it up before she stood up with her new trust datapad in her arm, carrying it as if it was a hand purse. "It should be exciting either way. Let's get ready for it?" She said with a gesture for him to lead them back. They had been wandering pretty deep into the bazaar to find her datapad.

He finished his own cup, putting it down along with a handful of credits to pay for the drinks. "Let's." He replied, a slightly amused smile on his lips as he noticed how esla was carrying the datapad. Well, there wasn't really anythign wrong with it.

Moving out of the shop, he started walking towards their hotel. "I'm not sure, but i'll manage. You?"

[Esla Tor]

"...I think so," Esla said after a delay as they walked. She would feel better knowing what they were going to be doing but she knew she wasn't scared or reluctant at the very least. "I think it is somewhere said we have to be ready or anything?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere." Silas replied with a nod. "I suppose it's pretty wise advicce too." He glanced down at her datapad. "Though being able to prepare is still nice, and I can send you my notes now that you have that."

[Esla Tor]

Esla smiled at the mention of the datapad and held hers up triumphantly. "Oh yeah, we could now exchange information, games or photos too! There are a lot of things we could do. Strange that I waited this long to get one. I guess I never thought about it until recently. I just got by normally."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yeah, you can get by without one easy enough. So it's pretty easy to understand why you haven't got one. They are a whole olt of fun though." He added with a griin. "I look forward to being able to exchange pictures and play some games with you."

[Esla Tor]

Esla held the data to her like she was about to use it but quickly stowed it away so that she didn't accidentally run into someone while using it. "Yes, like the dress. It would be nice to see the things you've made with other people too if you're willing to share."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Sure, I'll send you some pictures, well if you don't get to see some of them yourself." He had made stuff for several of the trainees after all. "I can send you some pictures of things I make in the future too. Well, if you'd like." It would be a way to keep up with each other over the comign years.

[Esla Tor]

"I would like to see more. I'm sure you'll be making things for people in the future too!" She bobbed her head at the prospect. It seemed Silas had some real talent should see some real use than left squandered. "...If you have time after being a Jedi, I guess."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"I might not have as much time to make things... I should still have some though." He beamed a bright smile at Esla. "And it's not like it takes any time at all to send you some pictures of what I make. Hrm, maybe I can make you some stuff too in the future." Though he wasn't quite sure what. "Shipping it may be a bit troublesome though."

[Esla Tor]

"You could?" She said, hopeful of it at first before giving a small shrug. "Mmm, I'm sure you'll be making things for other people too in the future. I wouldn't worry about getting stuff to me."

It was indeed troublesome when many light years were involved.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Sure, I'll always make time to make things for my friends. Just send me some pictures of how you look in it?" An easy enough request, right?

"I mean it's not like I'll be making things for everyone I meet, and we already share a bond. So that's even better then friends."

[Esla Tor]

"Sure! That was part of the deal, I remember. Especially, now that I have my own datapad," she said as she gave another look at her new toy. "That should be even easier."

She blinked at Silas couldn't help but blush at the mention of a bond and even the mention of friends. Her gaze looked elsewhere, potentially at the local scenery around her. "...I guess that's right, if you say so...

[Silas Myles Pearson]

It was gentle, the slight nudge he gave her shoulder with his arm. "I wont force you, but I think we're friends, always will be." He flashed the blonde girl a grin.

"But yeah, that will make things easier. I look forward to seeing it too. A girl as cute as you is sure to make my designs shine."

[Esla Tor]

"It's not that I mind..." Esla quickly tried to explain herself before there was any misunderstanding with Silas. She gave a small shrug after the nudge with a smile. It's just that she didn't really think much about being someone's friend or what made people official bonafide friends.

She couldn't help but giggle at the flattery on an abashed note and found herself at a loss for words. Completely uncertain of it all, she merely gave a small shrug once more.

"Alright! We're friends then." His grin was likely a little bit infectious. "Which means you can't complain when I do something nice for you, or think it's a bit too much."

He looked her way and offered a smile. "Friends are even, always."
