If I had all the knowledge in the world (Day 7, MM)

Yesterday's events had taken some time to sink in and Zizzy decided that she would start her day by consulting the force. She hadn't made time for her usual routine what with the trial at the vergence.

Since she had slept in following the late night watch duty it was mid morning by the time she made her way up to a nice big flat rock overlooking the Jedi Temple. Sitting down in the middle of it she sat cross legged and let her mind drift in tune with the force.

D7. MM. Foresee check. Anything interesting on the horizon?: 1eF 1 Dark Side

But all she could feel were the dark stirrings from the reversal. After yesterday's experience she thought better of dipping into the dark power, and instead decided to crack open The Living Force.

A while later, she was joined by one of the masters, who seemed to have a similar idea in finding a good place that overlooked the jedi temple.

Murah shifted her robes slightly to fan herself in the heat. "Oh, good morning, Zizzy. Mind if I join you?"

Zizzy was pleased to see the Mirialan Master, she was a very calming presence. "Oh Master Murah, please do. There's plenty of room up here. How are you today?"

"Apart from the surprise this morning about the stray you and the others brought in, I am quite well," she chuckled and took a seat beside the Mikkian student. "Did you find it to be a difficult decision?"

Zizzy smiled back. "Well, we have to keep our Masters on their toes." A more serious expression crossed her features.

"I thought he might be up to something sinister, which is why I suggested that we ask a Master to come and speak with us outside. I thought that if he was lying about wanting to speak to someone, or trying to distract us away from our watch, then he would complain when we didn't just take him into the temple." She looked out at the view and felt the calm and peace of the place.

"I was sceptical at first, but when I reflected on his words and his behaviour it felt like the right decision."

She nodded. "It seems you all made a sound decision so far, though it will no doubt be difficult for him to adapt to our ways. I trust you and the others will keep an eye on him to help him on that new path?"

"Yes. I thought he was just rude, but I can't imagine growing up in that culture. We'll help him. I hope everything works out for him." She looked over at Murah. "Have you met any Sith that weren't angry? I don't remember any true Sith becoming Jedi, do you?"

"I have not met any who became Jedi, but nothing is impossible," she said thoughtfully. "As for anger... well, not all of them are angry, but there does seem to be a lot of negative emotions in them. Such is the way of the Dark side though."

Zizzy nodded thoughtfully. "I suppose it's easy to project our expectations of what they should be like onto them. I hope we can help him find his way. Byron seems to have taken him under his wing." She laughed lightly. "Not that that's unusual."

"I guess not. He has a big heart," she chuckled warmly. "But how are you feeling after all this, Zizzy? Meeting Sith, your trial at the vergence, and preparing for Ilum?"

"I feel like I'm where I'm supposed to be. None of it is what I was expecting, but it feels like I'm on the right path." She looked at the Master, her tendrils making strange little spinning patterns. "Does that make sense? The place the vergence showed me, I'd been dreaming about it for as long as I can remember."

"It makes sense, yes," the master nodded with some understanding. Murah had grown up around Force sensitives and understod that things were sometimes like that. "And the place it showed you, was it what you were hoping it to be?"

"It wasn't what I expected. It started out like an ancient archive. Well tended but with no books except the one. Wonders of the Galaxy. I decided to read it and it was spectacular - so much knowledge and wisdom and lore."

She paused her account for a moment. "In my dreams I could never see what it was that I was looking for in the temple. Or it always changed. I think both of those things happened from time to time."

Murah hmm'ed thoughtfully as she considered it. "It could be that what was there changed as you were growing up, and you began to have a more clearer image of what you hoped or wanted to find."
