Where do you see her future going?
What scenes involving her did you most enjoy?
I honestly see a fall to the Dark Side for O'vala unless Alysele tempers her. Though she hasn't been in real warfare, in her vision, she was more than willing to kill. A bit like her sister, in that regard, but while O'nera was motivated by (perhaps misguided) justice, O'vala is more vengeful.
Her dynamic with Silas was definitely my favorite. Can't really nail which one but I think they worked well together. Why I say they're basically a married couple!

I really enjoyed the scene with her and Jaric after the combat-test. I think that's when Jaric clicked into place for me as an NPC too! <3 O'vala was always fun to read... and torment on occassion.
Thank you for playing!
o> Speaking of derpy, I think she's becoming less of that, at least. Regardless of Light or Dark, she's on the track of maturing. I think that was my main "growth goal" for her for Jedi Academy.

Your Vergence scene was great too.
I thought you really rocked the Cunning 1. Anything you would have done differently or was it just a case of not feeling that engaged in an all Jedi game?
Haha, dump stats are fun to me. Again, I think her "Cunning 1" will evolve from less derp to more dogmatic thinking, as Cunning relates to a bit creativity.
I do wish I got more Zizzy time, now that I think about it. And more time with others. As for doing things differently, I think it was primarily feeling a bit lost with that. I think the "stakes" were a bit low in my case as it was mainly tackling O'vala's inner demons. I think "the fate of the galaxy" would have been more pressing.
Funny that I write a bunch of characters struggling with inner problems but like external ones...

I think she'd find them odd but I can't imagine she'd have problems walking around in them. Well, with her Agility rolling, she'd probably still fall over in them...
Esla Tor wrote:Thank you for the scenes! Sorry that Esla was slow coming out of her shell but O'vala was quite friendly!
Any difficulties you've run when playing the character?
You're welcome! I liked that Esla could relate with O'vala about their doubts. It helped O'vala feel less alone and incompetent, which was what she needed!
As for difficulties, I think I went too hard with the derp at first. She ended up becoming a bit "Agh!" for me, so I definitely toned it down as I went. Tried to play it less for humor and more as a character flaw.
