In Search of the Future (D1 ME) (Open)

[Zizzy Roosh]

"Ooh, you could get yourself a Thermal Cloak! I've got one I brought from Mikkia. It only really fit me this past year." She giggled and steered them into a room from which they could see some sort of sparkly mineral vein running through the mountain.

[Eir]

"I have one of those, I'm just not used to being cold." The sparkling mineral caught Eir's attention, and she drifted over to the nearest wall to touch the glittering veins.

[Zizzy Roosh]

"Oh. Well. Get a warm hat?" She shrugged and followed Eir over to look more closely at the mineral deposit.

"Shiny. So... Is there a Master that you're hoping to be assigned to? Or haven't you thought about that yet?"

[Eir]

Eir looked over at Zizzy, her eyes are even more sparkly, without thinking, she blurted, “you’re so pretty, Zizzy. I wish I was pretty,” she hastily covered. Stumbling to answer the question asked, “I hadn’t thought about it, this whole trials business was a bit of a surprise. I don’t think it will be any of the Masters who are overseeing us.”

[Zizzy Roosh]

"Pretty?" Zizzy stopped there, looking confused. "What are you taking about? No-one ever..." She shook her head, tendrils flying around.

Eir's fast-talking distracted her from finishing the thought. "Oh, right. Well, I guess not. I mean I've known Master Orgus a long time so I kind of figured they'd assign me to someone else."

[Eir]

“If I get chosen, I guess it would be nice to stay off Coruscant for a while. There’s so much out there, I’d like to see some different things up close.”

[Zizzy Roosh]

She nodded in agreement. "Yeah, me too. I mean it's been nice here, but I miss the wild places. Maybe I'll go off and find some hidden archive lost to time!"

She giggled and ran her fingers along the rocks, heading deeper into the cave system. "That would be pretty neat."

[Eir]

Following, "just stay away from any jungle worlds, Zizz, we don't want to lose you forever."

[Zizzy Roosh]

She thought about that for a bit. "I'm not making any promises I can't keep Eir." She giggled as they emerged into some sort of chapel.

"Oh hey, look at this!" There were a few rows of raised platforms that a single humanoid could sit on. "I'll try meditating here next time."

[Eir]

Eir made an ooo noise, impressed by the architecture, "I'm not sure I could find this place again."
