I have been playing to much Stellaris, my first thought was to genetically engineer them to eat noodles.

There is no firm number since the Order have enclaves across the Galaxy where training also happens. On Coruscant it's a little under a hundred (since many come to Coruscant at some point during their training), so it's fully possible that the PCs know eachother.

Of the students going through their trials, it's just you guys.
