Eir gasped as they plunged into the coral, unable to even comment and too distracted by the colours and the shapes to consciously grasp the flowing Force all around them. When Zanja pointed out the cleaner fish, Eir stifled a little squeal of delight, watching as it searched the transparisteel for microorganisms to lunch on.

Taime nodded along, understanding most of it, if not quite the zeal that Mir had about fish. "I bet its like the difference between a real meal and field rations. They fill you up but taste like chalk. Weird meat chalk."

"Uh-huh. Not good canned food." Mir's gaze was darting among the corals as if he tried to see everything at once. His tail was enthusiastically thumping against the floor of the submersible, adding to the sound of the machinery around them. "Whoa. That's wicked. Brineteil's blessings indeed." the young jedi seemed to have hard time staying in place as he shuffled along the window, peering outside into the ocean. "Man, I wish I could dive there."

"Whadda think, uh, Taime?" Mir turned to regard the pale humanoid, squinting his eyes. "Isn't this awesome."

The layers of coral above them were thick, but the sunlight on Auratera was strong. Where the coral was thinner, sunlight penetrated more, creating colorful beams of light. Sea creatures mingled, both dark-loving and light-loving, a swirl of color and life.

Even Corvin was looking around a bit, although he kept both hands on the controls at all times.

Taime took a gulp. "Its pretty cool. I wish I knew how to swim though. Just in case."

It was almost too much to take in, so many sights and colours overloading Eir’s senses. She moved towards the front of the vessel, eager to absorb as much as possible. Coral waved their little tendrils, filtering food from the water, and fish marked with intricate stripes moved in dizzying patterns through the ripples of light.

[Mir]

Taime took a gulp. "Its pretty cool. I wish I knew how to swim though. Just in case."

"There's an entire ocean here." he waved at the glass. "Like, not here. But at the beach. You should try. Is easy. You don't move, you float."

He nods along, realizing its a little silly being worried while in the sub. "You're right. Gotta try everything at least once, right?"

[Murah Bakash]

"You'll have some time today and tomorrow to take in the sights. A good opportunity to go to the beach," Murah commented to the young ones' chatter.

"Yus. I think you should. Well, except meeting old Bonewhiskers." Mir nodded knowingly. "It's a big world out there. Would be shame if we didn't peek around a bit."

You'll have some time today and tomorrow to take in the sights. A good opportunity to go to the beach," Murah commented to the young ones' chatter.

"Right, beach tomorrow then. Who is on?" Mir made sure he was heard.

"Sounds fun." Silas replied with a grin, he'd never been to a beach before, a pool sure, but not a beach.

"Maybe we can make it kinda like q picnic and have lunch there too?" That seemed to be a good idea at least. People at at the beach during some of the beach episodes of shows he watched.

"Bring the blaster rod. Fry some fish. Win." Mir wiggled his eyebrows. "Deal?"

"I'll see what I can put together by then, Napz." Silas said with a smile. Blasters were pretty expensive though so maybe it would be just a normal fishing rod.

"Oh no, you don't get to drown. I am sure Ares can keep you afloat. Or the other human. Byron." Mix explained. "They are pretty tall and strong. They can keep you afloat in their arms or so."

"There's a beach?" O'vala turned back away from the glass and pulled out a datapad. "Is there, uh, a brochure about the planet? Maybe I should have read it."

"Oh no, you don't get to drown. I am sure Ares can keep you afloat. Or the other human. Byron." Mix explained. "They are pretty tall and strong. They can keep you afloat in their arms or so."

"Uhhh...Yeah. I'm sure that would work. Or I could hang in the shallows for a while." I somehow doubt that's how Byron and Ares wanna spend a day on the beach.

"Yeah." Silas replied to Valee with a smile. "More then a few of them from what I read."

"Might be good to look at a brochure though. They to find out which beaches are really busy and which aren't and why."

Flipping pages on his datapad he started to look into just that.

There didn't seem to be much in the way of tourist brochures, as the planet didn't seem to draw that much tourism. The information about the beaches was more directed to staying which beaches were closed to swimmers permanently, and which were closed during particular seasons related to egg-laying and hatching for various turtles.

There were some that were open.

"I found a couple." Silas offered with a grin, as he narrowed down the search. "I should probably checks the laws on fishing while I'm at it though... Seems a lot of the beaches around here are protected habitats." The young man continued, as he looked at his datapad, though the occasional glance was given to their surrondings, It was pretty after all.

"They really have a lot of different kinds of turtles." He mused as he read.

[Mir]

"Uhhh...Yeah. I'm sure that would work. Or I could hang in the shallows for a while." I somehow doubt that's how Byron and Ares wanna spend a day on the beach.

"Can't drown if your feet reach the bottom.'" Mir nodded sagaciously. "Unless you try really really hard." It sounded like he had seen something like that.

"Awsum, Silas." Mir paw-pumped. "Well, worst case we can buy fishy?" That seemed somehow almost as important as the beach itself. "Don't think I'd want to eat a turtle. Looks like really hard fish-burger."
