Preparing for war. (Day 7 Early Afternoon, Bazaar)

Silas couldn't think that he'd be in the city much longer, the test at the Vergeance had been their real point in coming after all, and with that done Ilum was right around the corner... He couldn't think of much else he needed for that trip, but there was some shopping he needed to do for the trip this afternoon.

Strolling through the bazaar, he paused to pick up a few odds and ends. Hopefully he wouldn't forget anything either, it was a simple event, but there would be a couple of girls along, he really didn't want to disappoint.

Somewhere up ahead, Silas heard an all too familiar laugh. "Oooohohoho..."

A moment later, and Drascovina came into view. She was trailed by two hangers-on, both carrying shopping bags. Her clothes were more in the rich girl about town mode, with stockings and shoes traded for heels, a black skirt, and a red blouse. Hair was carefully arranged to cascade down one shoulder.

Her eyes narrowed, a smirk appearing on her lips. "Well well, if it isn't the Jedi fashionista." She waved away her followers; they retreated some distance back.

"Oh. Heya, Lady Malveaux." Silas flashed a smile at the sith girl, really unsure of what else to say for a few moments. "I like the look." He offered after a few moments. "Blue and white wasn't so bad, but I think red and black suits you a bit better." Might as well start with a compliment, rgiht?

Drascovina smiled at the compliment, her eyes narrowing. "Indeed. Given how favored those colors are in the Empire, it is fortunate that I have the coloration for them." She pursed her lips a moment. "And the temperament, I suppose one might say."

She tilted her head, looking at him. "That reminds me. I received your gift." One eyebrow went up. "I suppose you'd like to see the results? I have a picture on my datapad."

"To be honest, I'm not usually a fan either. They pair well together, but I think it's done a bit too often?" He shrugged, some could say the same for other combinations as well. "But you should give credit where it's due, and as you said. They do match some people too well to deny it."

"Well..." He paused a moment she would either be wearing it or it would be in shreds, either way it wouldn't hurt to see it. "If you don't mind, I think I'd like to."

Again, Drascovina smiled almost smugly.

She nodded. "Of course. You made it. It's fair that you get the honor of seeing me in it." She turned around her datapad, holding it out to him.

It seemed that she taken the time to get proper lighting and pose, glamor-shot style, for the picture. The dress certainly fit her slender figure well, and the colors were a good match for her blonde hair and pale skin. She held her fan closed, up near her face. Noble disdain was in her expression, making her appear beautiful, but cold, matching the cold blue of her eyes.

He was quite right, she would be a lot lovier if she actually smiled. Though he couldn't deny that she looked good in it. "You look lovely, Lady Malevaux." He said honestly, as he looked away from the datapad.

He flashed her a warm smile. "I'm glad that you found it acceptable enough to wear."

Drascovina gave him one of her edged smiles; perhaps it make her look lovely as well as evil. "Why, thank you. I can send you the picture, if you'd like." She pursed her lips for a moment. "And I suppose I should thank you for the dress. It was... rather nice, actually. So... thank you." She inclined her head.

As she reclaimed her datapad, she raised one eyebrow, looking him over. "So what brings you into the city, such as it is, this afternoon? Getting supplies for the next big fashion project? I'm picking up a few souvenirs, myself. The selection is atrocious, but, well, I had no expectations." She said airily.

He really hadn't been expecting that, and it was probably a bit difficult to say. "Well, You're welcome, Lady Malevaux. If you ever would like another one, just ask." Not that he expected her to make such a request, but it didn't hurt to offer.

"well, I'm always picking up odds and ends when I get the chance, cloth, buttons things like that. But I'm really just double checking I have everything I need, and picking up a few things for later today. I've got a few outings planned, and I want to make sure I have everything." He raised an eyebrow. "You're looking for souveiners though? I guess that means you're leaving soon."

"Anything in particular you're after?"

Drascovina pursed her lips, studying him. "Perhaps. Someday." She said.

"Indeed, I am." Her chin tilted upwards. "My training is nearly complete. If we meet again, I shall doubtless be a full Sith, by right of deed, not just blood."

She shrugged, one shoulder rising and falling. "Not really. I haven't the foggiest idea what sort of trinkets might be found in a market such as this. I've just been browsing."

"Well, either way, I suppose we can exchange adresses, so you can send that picture, as well as any future requests." He let his eyes flick flick around

"Oh, Congratulations." He should of known that was coming, their reason for being here must be similar to ours, and really he wanted to ask about that their expeirence in the Vergeance was like. That was probably far too prying though.

"Well, why don't you tell me what kinds of things you like then> Maybe I can help you find something? I've been around the shiopping district a time or two after all."

"Yes, very good." A few moments, and contact information was exchange.

"Hmmm..." Drascovina tapped her lips with one finger as she considered. "Some sort of jewelry, perhaps. A necklace, or a hair ornament or something. I think that should suit me. Nothing tacky, mind you. If anything that fits that description can even be found here."

"Something with pearls maybe?" SIlas suggested after a moment. "It's a souveiner after all, so am item a with a local product would probably be best." His eyes turned towards where he knew the ocean was. "And as much ocean that's around here there must be some pearl beds."

"Could be they even have black pearls, or somethign similar."

"Black pearls." Drascovina almost purred, her blue eyes glinting. "That would make a fine addition to my collection."

She inclined her head to him. "Very well. Lead the way, Silas."

"I've seen a couple jewelry shops over this way." Silas replieed, taking a turn and moving down one of the main throughfares. He wasn't all too suprised she liked the sound of black pearls, hopefully they could find some.

"So... It's back the Empire space after this for you then?" Silas asked, glancing towards the lady walking with him.

She followed walked along with him, heels impacting with authority on the street.

"Indeed." Drascovina said. "To fulfill my destiny." She looked at him, eyebrow raised. "And what of you? Back to the Republic?"

As imperious as this young lady could be, he certainly appreciated that she wore heels. None of the girls he knew bothered with them, probably because they thought they were impractical. Well Except for Farissa, and she wasn't a girl but a woman.

"Our journey isn't quite done from what I've heard, but in time we will return. At least for a little while. Where we go from there is still a little nebulous." He paused. "You said you will be a full sith though? Not someone's apprentice like Kerren?"

"Well..." Drascovina frowned. "No, I will be an apprentice. But it is the same as the difference between being a student, and one of your 'padawans'. It is a significant step up in both power and prestige."

She frowned, looking at him with narrowed eyes. "Oh? Speaking with Kerren, were you?" There was definitely something dangerous in her tone.

"I suppose you're right." Silas replied thoughfully, "Which means you'll be training under a Sith Lord somewhere then?" If the Siths way's echoed theirs, it was quite likely.

Somewthing told him it was best not to answer that, well not completely. "Honestly? I was investigating him. Kinda. I spotted him snooping around our hotel the day we arrived, and it was a bit suspiocus so I tried to look into it." Was it the truth yes, did it leave out the fact he had chatted with him? Also yes.

"Exactly. And I good one, I expect." Drascovina smirked. "Some of them are weak and worthless. One really wonders how they became Sith Lords at all." She laughed softly, one hand coming up to her mouth.

"Oh? And what exactly did you find?"
