Ilum. Oh great. I hate snow. Mir thought to himself, his tail curling within his robes. I hope they take us somewhere warm before that...

"Pack what you feel you might need," Farissa offered. "Though, I'd suggest bringing some warm clothes. Ilum is... very cold. Very cold. Even for my standards, and Pantorans are rather resistant to cold."

She shuddered a bit at the memory of Ilum when she was going through her trials.

[Byron Mik]

Byron nodded thoughtfully, this was a time to listen to what was said and not said.

[Eir]

Eir glanced over at Taime, it seemed he was going to need that cloak after all. She hadn’t even thought as far ahead as kyber crystals, but here they were, as if they were taking a day trip a favourite restaurant.

[Mir]

Well fuck my tail. Sideways. Mir's ears flopped down. A small sigh escaped from his lips. He lifted on of his paws, looking at his sleeve. I guess this will have to do.

[Orgus Din]

Ares felt his body stiffen. Everything what he heard was... overwhelming. At least combat training was the first test. He had the best chance there. "Will we be allowed to pack anything for the trip, or are we taking only what we have?"

Orgus cleared his throat. "You'll be given a stipend to purchase some additional supplies. And we can offer a few items from the storage here at the temple. But as Master Jaric said, what items you select are up to you."

[Mir]

Oh good. Meanwhile Mir was making an inventory of the stuff he figured he'd need.

[Eir]

There was only one thing Eir could imagine possibly needing, she would have to ask about that later.

[Taime Jorel]

Taime didn't know he could get more thankful for that cloak, but it looks like today, anything was possible. His mind raced along at a mile a minute, trying to plan for all possible outcomes and needs he might have.

[Zizzy Roosh]

Zizzy nodded and looked around at her peers. Inwardly she was excited about asking the force for guidance in what was to come. Outwardly she just nodded along at the appropriate points.

[Zanja]

'Unknown territory'? Hell, that could be anything. Zanja's first thought was of a wilderness situation, though almost immediately it occurred to her that this might just be what they wanted her to think. Well, they couldn't ask us to do anything too risky somewhere with a lot of regular citizens around. Maybe it would be smartest to plan for rough territory and just be over-prepared if she's guessed wrong. At a minimum, she'd need warm stuff...

Zanja's thoughts didn't linger too much on the first tests, the ones here on Coruscant. She was no more than an average student of lore, and her lightsaber form was a work in progress, but none of that was going to change overnight; apart from a bit of review and brushing-up, there weren't any other angles she could control there. There is no chaos, there is harmony. Also, the prospect of coming in just middle-of-the-pack at best wasn't especially appealing, so why dwell on it?

[Murah Bakash]

"If there are any questions, feel free to ask them now, or later. The six of us will travel with you, so we're prepared to assist as nescessary." Murah looked at the gathered ones as she noticed there was a mixture of feelings on the news.

"Oh, and Zanja? The Gatemaster wants you to stop by her office later. Something of importance, she said."

[Corvin Zell]

After a few moments of looking around with a scowl, Corvin grunted.

"You need advice on any type of terrain, come to me. I'll help you find what's needed." It sounded a bit like a growl, but anyone who knew him would know that his voice was always at least ten percent growl.

[Zanja]

"If there are any questions, feel free to ask them now, or later. The six of us will travel with you, so we're prepared to assist as nescessary." Murah looked at the gathered ones as she noticed there was a mixture of feelings on the news.

"Oh, and Zanja? The Gatemaster wants you to stop by her office later. Something of importance, she said."

"Oh." Zanja straightened up again, having involuntarily slumped a bit while her thoughts went off on their own adventures. "Um, of course... did she say when, Master Murah?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"So I should make a thermal cloak then?" Silas asked from his seat. He could probably manage making one at the very least.

[Farissa Kho]

"As long as it's more functional than fashionable, Silas," Farissa teased the young man with a friendly smile.

[Murah Bakash]

"Oh." Zanja straightened up again, having involuntarily slumped a bit while her thoughts went off on their own adventures. "Um, of course... did she say when, Master Murah?"

"She did not say, but she usually leaves her office in the evening hours."

"It should be functional and stylish!" Silas replied with a grin. "But I'll try not to make it too flashy. I dont think I want to stand out too much." That seemed dangerous, he continued thoughtfully.

"Want me to try and make you one while I'm at it Knight Kho?"

Taime watched the back and forth, noting that he and Eir weren't the only ones to know one of the masters already. He wondered what all the other's stories were. Then, he thought of a question. "Will we be needing to shelter out of doors? Or will shelter be provided?"

That's a good question Mir thought to himself, his ears perking to pick up what the masters had to say.
